I'm in the restaurant right now , I ordered 10 wing and shrimp rice combo$11.99 on the online menu , came to pick my order up and got charged $15.99 plus tax total $17.27Where did the extra $4 up charge come from ? Y'all need to update y'all online pricelist asap

I ordered a 10pc (honey lemon pepper and ranch) with beef fried rice. The wings and rice were terrible. The honey lemon pepper were dripping like water with honey and a pinch of lemon pepper. Didn 't have any taste. I had to add my own seasoning at home. The ranch wings had a weird taste to it and didn 't taste like ranch at all. The fried rice was plain as white with barely cooked onions, hard peas, and carrots. The beef on top of the rice had little to no taste. I do not recommend to anyone. The BTJ 's in Albany, Ga is significantly better and I ordered the same meal there 2 weeks ago. Waste of money!

Food looked great. Kinda sad I didn’t get the crinkle fries I saw in some pictures but they were still good. BF had wings. He said the flavor was good but they were fried hard and he’s gotten dental problems so that made them hard for him to eat. I had the Philly cheesesteak. Great flavor but no structural integrity. There was too much mayo so the really soft bread couldn’t hold all the filling and I could’ve made a mini sandwich with what fell out but again it tasted great and that’s what I wanted.
