An almond bezel and it was hard? Almost broke my tooth!! So disappointed?

Use a pulp from here to be a very good experience, but now it is not. There is no customer service at all. The food is just not the same. I ordered the regular pulp and got something they threw together. Half of it was raw on the inside, not to be done properly. I remember a time when the quality was above the top and would? ve never got such a pulp.

This place is disturbing. The workers wash their hands after using the registers not as going to make food. It's nasty and inconvenient. Last but not least, they will laugh on your face as asking? Are you ready to order? no greeting or nothing!

Unfortunately, the order was placed incorrectly. I was charged for pretzel stitches and asked for a pretzel. The pulp was not even close to the regular size. A pulp and a soda were more than $8. Not worth it.

It's in the mall, in the food court, and if you don't come early on the weekend it is packed and lines are long. (A friend informed me later that there is a separate kiosk downstairs i think but it's probably very busy too) If you want to avoid that come as soon as the doors open. But the employees are providing services for auntie anne, Cinnabon, and the smoothie place so you will more than likely have to wait. I got there in time enough for another employee to come for Cinnabon and a few people.got out of the line to order Cinnabon...so it the line wasn't that long but I still had to wait. Employee had mask on under chin as a lot of people often do so my question is why wear it? bc it is pointless at that time. Pretzels are kind of expensive but I hadn't had them in a while so I didn't mind. The pretzels were actually good (original is kinda sweet, cinnamon sugar is always great, salsa cheese dip is a nice change from regular cheese dip) so I can say it was worth it. My advice would be don't forget to come early if you go anywhere in the mall on the weekends, save your receipts so you can get points. If you're still following covid guidelines please wear a mask and everything else as much as you can. ???????
