Twisted Tomato - Auckland

Very nice environment and service.p1. Caramelized pancake no fluffy enough 2.5/5p2. Polenta bites made of cornmeal. It tasted great with sauce and even better to eat it cool . 4/5 p3. Potato croquettes a little bit crispy outside and very soft inside. It tasted great 5/5 p4. Pea and halloumi fritters a really green color dish. Normal. 3.5/5

There's a few cafes down this stretch of road and I'm one of many road users that use the Meola rat run Twisted Tomato always seem the most popular of the lot. Luckily for me I got in stupidly early for breakfast one morning, the service is great the layout is smart and utilizes the small space effectively and the food is divine. There's really nothing more to say, they're a first tier Cafe I'll definitely be back. 4

We got the MS twisted and the eggs bene and enjoyed both! The chutney was really good and service was very friendly. Ambience and prices were all good! Would definitely recommend :
