The owner of this facility must hire new employees and new management. I waited over an hour of the moment when I ordered my two chicken sandwiches, and they told me to pull the front I waited on the parking lot for about 40 minutes, then I walk in and waited another 20 minutes after the realization that no one came into the register to talk to me I just had to talk and ask for a refund that I was told that I will be given one without problems.

Horrible place dirty bathroom smells Rancet. Mangers rude and seemed to be a lot to not stand hectic employees. I understand it was busy and not apologise to work super slowly, as u do not see the line and multitaaking seemed to overwhelm one difficult. This is the second time that I ordered here and the wait ia really ridiculous I thought would help order online. They've never done anything so they never have what I want to order. I'll never be here again.

Ordered online when I arrived on time to pick up chicken found out that they had to change the order from what we ordered, lasted 15 minutes waiting for food, then order was not correct. Had to wait longer to correct order, very disappointed and I love the food.

Regular recipe was crispy and tasty, chicken quite tender. Above average fried chicken prices. Can go back, just didn't seem inviting.

Ordered a Diet they gave Sprite. Ordered a 3 piece Chicken Tender it was never put in bag. Ordered a Hot Apple Pie and got some strawberry cheese pie. I know things happen but that's too many in one small order.
