The Chicken Salad Chick - Auburn

I was looking for something different when I noticed that this new place had opened. We moved to the sign and I was amazed to see that this local landlord dining shop offers 12 different chicken salads to choose from! How exciting! I chose Dixie Chick because I love onions. It was made with sweet Vidalia onions that kept it mild and very satisfying. The recipe had only the perfect ratio of mayonnaise and chicken, which very pleased me. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful and she explained that next time I came through I could taste some of the other flavors and see which one called me the most. How helpful.
