Mcalister's Deli - Auburn

Requires you to leave a tip when paying. Why, I have no idea. They do not bring food to you or wait on you. It was a to-go order! It took 15-20 minutes to make a club sandwich for $18. Additionally, the young girls up front were so unprofessional and immature. When my food was finally ready, I was handed the bag and she immediately went on to someone else to take their order. I had to wait until she was finished in order to ask if I could have my drink? And they want a tip.

The service and food is always great!! Everyone was so nice, I was greeted as soon as I walked in! The staff truly is lovely, even people from the back were nice when I was ordering!

Parking: Only 2 cashiers taking orders, with 15 people in line. Took over 45 minutes to get a very simple order.

20 minutes after I ordered in person and Im still waiting.

Waited in line over 20 minutes and then longer for the food. When the food came out after sitting on the counter for 10 minutes it hardly had any meat or cheese on the spud
