Emerald City Smoothie - Auburn

Out of all the stores in the area this is the worst one. The only store that will literally not make whatever you want the way you want it. Never had any issues any other store, also they are the only store to not carry sea moss because the rep rubbed the manager the wrong way apparently. Lol just sums it up for you. Save your time and just go to kent or federal way. The FW store makes the best smoothies and has great customer service.

Perfect place for a slimming smoothie on a hot day and no line! This place helped me lose weight, too. ?

I stop by often for my Emerald with peanut butter. Great smoothie, but the lady that's always there to help me has even greater service, every visit is very pleasant which is the main reason I keep coming back.

Good smoothies and excellent service, I appreciate their hustle

The smoothies at this restaurant are excellent! However, my only issue is that the service can be very slow. During the mid-shift rush, there can be a line of up to six people deep. I usually need a quick smoothie before work, so I have to leave at least a half hour earlier than usual to ensure I can get one. I urge the owners to hire more staff for the mid-shift. I am willing to pay for a smoothie, but I don't want to wait 15-20 minutes for it. I also want to make it clear that I appreciate the hardworking girls behind the counter who are doing their best to keep up with the demand.
