Cinnabon - Auburn

The girl with glasses and brown hair that was working at the 4:11 pm Thursday 28th shift was extremely rude. I hate that I come here and had a terrible experience with Cinnabon becauee I come here a lot. My cousin was speaking and ordering in English and the girl responded in Spanish and my cousin said oh you speak Spanish? and the Lady rudely and sarcastically answered back Nooo really and rolled her eyes. Very rude service and was not friendly.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious!

Dear auburn Cinnabon, the food was outstanding!!, awesome customer service, cashier was polite they deserve a pat on the back! Awesome sauce!!?

After paying, we realized we forgot to get drinks so we asked for 2 water cups. There was a sign stating that water cups cost $0.55 each. Instead of using my card, I paid with a $1 bill for the water cups, which ended up costing $1.10. When the young lady asked for the additional $0.10 for the water cups, I told her to deduct it from my tip of $1.80. This would have covered the cost of both water cups and left an extra tip of $0.70. I didn't mind paying the extra $1 for the water cups, but I was taken aback when the young lady insisted on the additional $0.10, especially after I had already tipped generously for what was essentially minimal service. Despite my offer to deduct it from my tip, she couldn't accept it. In the end, someone in my group had to dig up a quarter to cover the remaining fee, and we told her to keep the change. As someone who values my time, I felt frustrated that I had to take the time to write this review over a small amount of money. I hope that the management at this location can have a conversation with the young lady to help her understand the importance of customer relations and fairness.

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and the food is delicious! I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the coffee as well!
