Chinook Sushi - Auburn

Nice little restaurant tucked away in a corner. Good food, but best calamari I have had.

Our favorite find! Seriously the freshest sushi every thing is delicious, every time. Some of the most reasonable prices, too. Service is always friendly. Really a great little sushi restaurant.

Their food was excellent! Best sushi I've had in years, everything was fresh and had great flavor. We ordered the Spider Roll, Chinook Roll and one other as well as the gyoza, all of it was great. The staff was friendly and not bothersome, we don't live nearby but when we are back in the area this summer we will definitely be back!Parking: Lots of parking spots right in front and in the strip mall parking.

First time for my husband and I. It’s a hole in the wall, but Wow! Very clean, friendly atmosphere. We were very impressed. The food was fresh and tasteful. if all the tables are taken, you might have a bit of a wait for service, but worth it. Will definitely come back. seems like it’s family run.Parking: Plenty of parking

Ordered by phone lady was super nice. I was excited by the past reviews BUT When I got back and opened my food I REALIZED they mixed all the sushi orders in one styrofoam. They gave me itsybitsy eel sauce could not dip .. super uncomfortable. NO WASABI NO GINGER WTH? Ok and it was Luke warm.. FOR THE PPL OF WASHINGTON THAT THINK THIS IS GOOD…!PLEASE GOOGLE! IN MIAMI BEACH FL (my hometown) HOSHI &SUSHI ASIAN CUISINE SO YOU CAN SEE BEAUTIFUL PLATING AND REAL FRESH And YUMMY SUSHI. As per taste sushi was ok but missing the key ingredients. We Will not return.
