Hoots Wings - Aubrey

Quite disappointed. Recently moved to the area and were a big wings family especially when having gatherings with others. Placed a large order this evening and am disappointed in the product. Nothing is labeled so we are having to figure out what is what which is difficult considering some were flavored the same but were smoked others roasted to try the different variations. We ordered dipping sauces but none were given.While the taste was OK, the wings were a bit too soft for my liking. I ordered the crispy wings and no attempt to make them crispy was made so ended up having to cook them longer at home.Considering requests are not accommodated, they don't specify what is what, and don't provide the sauces you order I would not recommend or try again

I got some wings and shrimp from this place and I have to say, I was thoroughly disappointed. They basically charge $1+ per shrimp but the size of the shrimp was a joke. Literally the smallest shrimp I have ever seen. Smaller than the frozen ones you find at grocery stores. What a rip-off. The wings weren't terrible but they were definitely subpar. Way too salty. I would pick wingstop over this place any day. Restaurant has A LOT to improve on.

Ordered take out and the food was almost ready by the time I arrived. We tried breaded, naked, smoked, and roasted in Buffalo hot, 3 mile island, spicy garlic, and garlic habanero. Smoked wings were the best but none of the flavors were great. Nothing was spicy enough and all the sauces were too sweet.

If I could give a zero, I could. The first time I went on Thursday afternoon, they gave me the wrong order which I didn’t realize until we got home. I called their number many times, and no one picked up.I gave it a second chance a few days later. And the weirdest thing happen. I complained to the person who took my order about what happened to my last order. It was a complaint, but I delivered it in a civilized way.She apologized and took my order. Right after she took my order, she disappeared in the back with one of the cooks for a while. I prayed that they weren’t doing something to my order, like the horror stories that you hear about…guess what, after eating my order, I was instantly sick, and stayed sick for two days.Be cautious of eating here. There are plenty of other wing places!

Love me some Hoots wings and the chicken sandwich is great also! This location has fast service and great employees.
