Hello New Management (as per staff),My wife and I are extremely disappointed with the service that was offered.Firstly, the server lacked knowledge about the menu and was unable to effectively communicate with us, leaving us feeling confused and frustrated. Additionally, the cocktail we ordered was excessively sweet, seeming to contain only syrup and ice, which was a complete waste of money. Furthermore, we were surprised by an automatic 18% gratuity, which was not disclosed initially and is typically reserved for larger parties. When we raised this concern, the server was unhelpful and the manager was unavailable, leading to a very unpleasant experience.This is by far the worst experience we have had at any Mexican restaurant, and we are deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and professionalism displayed. We hope that these issues can be addressed to prevent other customers from having similar experiences.

Salmon tacos were really good, but the service was a little rough.

Went with my best friend and it was one of the worst meals at a restaurant. We both got chimichangas and I requested no peppers and extra mushrooms. Well you can’t do either of those requests because the server who was good stated it was premade. Why are we “premaking” chimichangas so they can sit and get soggy. That should have been a red flag. He brought the plates over and they were piping hot cause they clearly came out of the microwave. The sauce was crusted over due to it being microwaved. The inside was lukewarm but I didn’t want to be a Karen and never trust sending food back anywhere. Protip for cooks when you microwave the chimichangas you may want to use a thermometer cause I think inside was about 120 degrees. It could have used another minute and a half more in the microwave. The quesadillas was good and crispy though . Rice however was dry and tasted like it was made yesterday. I will never be going back to this place. I should have stayed home and ate a el Monterey frozen burrito at least the quality would have been there. Positive note the waiter was nice.

One of our favorite local restaurants. We come here quite often. Really great food every time! Love the fresh table side guacamole cart. Best homemade tortilla chips and salsa. Even the take out has been fantastic.
