Sonic Drive-in - Atmore

At 5:30am I looked to see what time they open. Google says they open at 6am. I waited until 6:10am and placed my order and I received my email and confirmation number and it said by order would be ready at 6:16am. All I ordered was French toast sticks, tots, and an ocean water. Mind you…I’m pregnant and this was my craving since last night (not that it matters but if you know, you know). So my husband and I drive to sonic, we get there at 6:22 and we sit in the drive-through for maybe 2 mins before we realize that there are no cars in the parking lot. So I looked on my email to see is I was doing it right and I clearly wasn’t so I went to the screen and pushed the red button and for 5 minutes nobody answered. I called the phone…nobody answered. Come to find out they definitely were not open even though their schedule on Google says Sunday 6am- 12am. I live 20 mins away but was really craving this and it sucked. Will be calling throughout the day to see when they are open and I will be getting my money back and asking when they genuinely open and will be suggesting that if they do not open at 6am to fix their time on Google. Love the food but dang, it’s really inconvenient when you drive 20 mins away for a pregnancy craving just to find out their times are incorrect.

On 10/05/2023 I had to drive to Atmore on a quick trip, and my youngest asked for food. We ended up here. Everything was fine up until I had to run my card once on the machine and then the lady came out “Lizzie”; who stated my card didn’t go through. I clearly showed her my bank account where it cleared and she stated “it won’t let me charge you twice.” She took it inside and ran it again. Well buddy it did let you charge me twice. I tried from OCT DEC to get my payment back and never did. Called corporate ref #2310007 000249. Receipt is attached. Yes it’s only $15 but it’s my money that was taken!

My first time with sonic. For me burger I got was extremely greasy, but I don't really eat them often so I wasn't impressed. Kids were happy.
