Tupelo Honey Sandy Springs - Atlanta

As long time fan the asheville location of tupelo honey, thought it would be a perfect place for a casual family dinner for 10 on 12/22 so made a reservation. no problems with the reservation next to only 9/10 of the chairs. the service started decent. then went downhill. eating came fast, but at best was subpar. my spicy chicken sandwich had no spicy sauce like advertised (and was in the ground a fried ball instead of a patty. and I would have waited for a waiter to come by to check us (and tried to fly one down) before I had only eaten the sandwich, it would have been good 20 minutes plus. the promised “Caesar side salad” did not resemble a caesar in any way. the children of butter noodles were more of an alfredo with crumble that the children do not enjoy. the overall feeling about eating was “meh”. the garnel and geese had no seasonings, the mac and cheese were too heavy on the cheese. disappointed. the drinks are long not refilled. then it had to wait a long time to mark the leak and a takeaway box. for the price, expects much better food and better service. sad to see this chain downhill.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! the food was so good. we loved everything we had. we were a large group of 12 but our service was top-notch. I could not recommend tupelo honey anymore. we even asked about the things they usually don't have or do and they could put us down.

The food was good, I ordered a traditional breakfast and fried green tomatoes(which they're were out of. My friend ordered the Mac and cheese waffles and chicken which she said was ok. The server was polite but inattentive. Had to ask for everything from utensils to water refills multiple times.

We enjoyed everything especially the service. Only issue was our Mac and cheese came out burnt at the bottom and because we came right before close, we were unable to get a different side. The manager did give us a discount however! We have plans to return.

Sunday Brunch! The disappointment was that some dishes were not available. Our reservations were at noon to get out of the meat leaf and chic pig was a disappointment. The server was not aware so that we placed our orders and then had to reorder them. We ordered every appetizer on the menu and the favourite was the brussel sprouts. The biscuit was good with the jam/butter combo. The Pimento cheese dip and friend Pickles not disappointed. They have Uncle Nearest and the old fashions were excellent. Great work with the balance. We ordered Chicken Egg Bennie and it was good. The chicken and the waffles, crushed chicken with Gravy was well prepared. Chicken was good. The best part was the noise level! Ambience for good entertainment!
