Taco Mac - Atlanta

My husband and I went to this restaurant yesterday for the first time. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience as the food and drinks were terrible. The waitress recommended some items on the menu that were also not good. We ordered two margaritas which turned out to be completely different drinks. Despite the mistake, we still had to drink our drinks as we didn't want to waste money. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the error.

My friend and I decided to come to this restaurant for the Super Bowl, even though we had a bad experience before. We really just wanted Taco Mac and didn't want to go far to another place. Surprisingly, we were able to get a table right away since the restaurant was quite busy. We were seated at a unique circular booth in the back of the bar with two TVs to ourselves, which was perfect for the occasion. Our server, Jordan, was absolutely amazing! He completely turned around our previous bad experience with his impeccable service. It seemed like the management might have changed, as another manager came to check on us and was also great. Our drinks were always full, our food was hot, and the overall service was top-notch. Jordan truly went above and beyond, and I hope the management appreciates how lucky they are to have him. He truly made our visit a fantastic one, and I can't believe the difference between our last two visits. Jordan is the perfect example of an excellent server! If you see this, Jordan, thank you and keep up the fantastic work - you are the best! We will definitely be back soon.

The wings at this restaurant were disappointing. They were overcooked and had the wrong flavor that I requested. The first order of wings was cold and not roasted as I had asked for. When the second order arrived an hour later, it was also cold. The manager, Mr. David, was friendly but did not understand the concept of true customer service. He thought attempting to correct the order three times was adequate, but I disagreed. I felt like I was being punished for wanting hot food. The whole experience lasted three hours and ruined my Super Bowl experience. Despite this, I paid the bill in full with a tip for the server, Mr. Darius, who was not at fault for the issues. The manager seemed more interested in flirting with other customers than ensuring my satisfaction. I left the restaurant hungry and missed most of the game. I will not be returning to this restaurant for any special occasions in the future. The manager's attitude was disappointing, and he failed to understand my concerns about the quality of the wings. I will be looking for a new spot to enjoy wings in the future, as this restaurant did not meet my expectations.

Do not visit this Taco Mac site after 11:00! I have the slightest indication of how it is during the day, but in the night it is getting worse. We ordered Shrimps Tacos wait 40 minutes back to the hotel room to find Steak Tacos rice with pecans and blue cheese swimming in it. I called them to correct them that I was on my way. Waiting to do 35 minutes for our meal

Wow. This place was incredibly below average. The service at the bar was pretty bad. The food was mostly room temp if not colder and the famous never frozen wings were cold and very under cooked. Not a huge fan of slimy **** chicken wings. We will not be coming back...
