Counter staff did not know what came with a kids meal or provide accurate options (only offered chips). Now I sit here without drinks or applesauce for my kids. No toy either, not that it matters too much. But totally not what I paid for. When I called, the staff proceeded to provide inaccurate information. Educate your staff.
The owner takes pride in this Subway franchise. Ingredients are always fresh and they are always careful making your sandwich!
Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Subway locations that I 've ever been to. It used to be ok, but over the past couple of years, it has declined tremendously. I 've been trying to support restaurants because the industry has been hit so hard by the pandemic. I give restaurant owners and employees a lot of grace, because I 'm empathetic of their struggle. The two people who are always there, a man and woman, are always extremely rude and unwelcoming. They are either managers or owners. They scowl at guests, and don 't seem happy to get business. During my last visit, and many of my previous visit, they rushed me through their two-person assembly line without even making eye contact. This would be understandable if the place were crowded. However, there were two customers total. This location also has very limited, low-quality selections. When something is unavailable, they rudely state, We don 't have that , without providing any suggestions. If you 're in the Chastain Park area, avoid this Subway at all costs. Instead, explore some of the many other fantastic restaurants that will appreciate your business.
