Medici - Atlanta

Met up with some vendors after work for dinner before heading to SunTrust Park for the Braves Game. This restaurant was the perfect go to location with convenient parking. The restaurant set-up seating was perfect for our large party. We started off with drinks, then the main course. The food was great, and they had enough side options for the lone vegan . LOL The 3 stars was only because our server had to tend to 10 people which made it challenging for him to remember each persons order and readily replenish drinks. However, it would not stop me from dining there again. Tip: Get the Truffle Fries!! Magnificent!

Went here for dinner while staying at the Renaissance Waverly hotel. The service was great, fast and friendly. There was plenty of seating and the menu had good variety. I had the Caesar salad with salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly with the center slightly pink. We also shared the hummus and topenade appetizer which came with a cheesy flatbread. Topenade was too salty for my taste, but overall the dish was good. I'd come back here while staying at this hotel due to the convenience and great service.

Awesome! Had our holiday party at Medici last night and everything and everyone was on point Delicious food, welcoming staff, and beautiful venue. I've been there with smaller parties and get the same wonderful food and service every time High end pizza and great pastas, salads and meatballs.

First the good: The manager was very nice and helpful. She did a great job. The crab cakes were refreshing. The filet mignon, although very petite, was tasty. Definitely not steakhouse worthy, though. Now the bad: The waiter was very nice, but not at the level required of a restaurant that charges premium prices. The Mac n Cheese was soupy and the creme brûlée was served cold. The latter was a very, very sweet version of the savory dish. I'd have to suggest walking over to the mall to try Stony River Steakhouse instead. Order the Coffee-Cured Filet Mignon and you'll see what the local benchmark really is.

This review is for the breakfast buffet only. Their buffet was pretty average and personally I didn't think it was worth $17. I wish they had a better selection of choices but what they did have was pretty good. Buffet included an omelette station, applewood smoked bacon (LOVE THEIR BACON , sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese blintz w/ berry compote topping, oatmeal w/ toppings, grits, cereal, yogurt, fruit and bread. We did get complimentary shots of pineapple banana smoothie yum : Ordering a la carte is available if you don't want buffet. I did like the quiet ambience of the restaurant nice spot for a business meal. FYI self parking is complimentary, and valet parking is also available.
