Five Guys - Atlanta

My very first time eating 5 guys. The cashier was extremely rude unhelpful and disrespectful. I almost didn’t want to finish ordering my food. Any questions I asked she acted like it was the biggest problem in the world to answer me. Her attitude was horrible.

Five Guys is one of my favorite hamburger places. Fresh 100% beef and fresh cut fries daily plus other menu selections. I highly recommend Five Guys.

My service was excellent!!!! All women working today and it was a much different experience then last week! Just friendly and welcome everyone even though everyone don’t speak back. Just beautiful black queens!!!!

This is a joke and I don’t spend my money here anymore. My husband ordered online once and didn’t select curbside but “pick up”. It wasn't even raining, but I had my two babies in the car. The woman I spoke with… I guess she figured she checked me and let me know if it’s not labeled curbside they won’t do it lol???? What a joke, because anywhere else that values customer service don’t talk to people about what they “don’t do” simply because they don’t want to. It’s like walking out to someone’s car is too much to do as if they’re doing you a favor by just being at work.

Excellent! greeted with a hearty hallo as soon as we came in. beautiful, clean, spacious location. great eating as usual. faster friendly service. do I recommend?
