Terrible place. Damage, a drive thru local order, drive to Blvd to other windows to pick up order, your food is thrown in bag, order is not right, take only direct debit or credit card, calculate for food you did not order, no receipt, rude management, chicken hard, Burger messy not on bungalows, tea is water, SERVICE is TERRIBLE, DON't GO HERE

I hurried to order my food with cashier, which he had a bad attitude. Food wasn't hot at all. I don't recommend it here.

Terrible experience. You didn't honor coupons. I ordered a window, I had to circle around to get my food out of another window? Full but slow service.

I wish I could give -5 stars!!!! My husband placed an online order for pick-up today 6/13/2022, and it was said that it was ready for pick-up around 19:33 pm, but we had to drive around to the end of the line and when we finally made it into the window, it was 8:13 pm and we had to wait just to get underused chicken pliers!!!! Salmonella in his most beautiful!?? This store must be closed IMMEDIATELY! Short staff or not, the business must be properly managed....

I pull out my mobile phone as I was getting ready to use my Checkers app rewards at the 2191 Campbellton Rd SW Atlanta,Ga 30311 the manager told me that they doesn't do the scanning on the rewards because they are franchise not corporate but I couldn't get mad at him because he was nice about telling me what the difference why they has a company couldn't take my rewards, so I warning the customers that want to use their mobile phone to get the free foods don't go there
