Terrible home delivery service one hour and the pizza arrived cold, I live less than 5 minutes by motorcycle or car from the square. The person who answers is rude and lying. I have ordered from the malls and they arrive super fast and are super friendly. Be careful with this Plaza Crystal branch, it seems that some work reluctantly. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Very terrible customer service, the orders do not arrive on time or sometimes the order does not arrive at all, they respond rudely when complaining about the delay of the order, my recommendation is not to buy anything at Dominos, rather at other pizza franchises.

The place is always super dirty, the food doesn't even know how to cut it properly, the bread arrives all hard, the delivery people always act stupid when delivering and there is a lady who serves the service who is incompetent, rude, and every time you ask for help for phone tries to end the call as quickly as possible. I ordered a pizza at Dominos Plaza Cristal, it took more than an hour to arrive and it arrived almost cold, I requested change for $500 and the delivery man arrived without change... an older person assisted me on the phone, although I requested something specific he was very insistent on imposing his will and not my order, despite my refusals and insisting that it did not cost me anything additional... after 50 minutes of placing my order he left me on hold twice despite my two calls...
