The drive thru is a bit strange to try to drive through, but everything else was fantastic. Wonderful service. Quick and friendly. Super clean and well organized. Even with a HUGE line it was not long to wait.

I got food poisoning from here last night. In addition, they gave me the wrong blizzard and gave me no sauce, including the extra engraving I paid. Pretty bummer.

The drive by the operator on Sunday, 22nd May 2022 between 12 and 1230 the drive thru worked, was extremely rude and so unwilling. I waited in the car for three minutes before she even greeted me. And when she finally talked, it wasn't even a hell of a hell of a hell of a hell of a hell of a hell of a hell of a hell of a place to wait. She just said go on with your order ugh . I was so shocked because I didn't expect the posture. So I never told her I'm gonna be okay. But instead I just drove away and went to Krystal. They have excellent customer service. Friendly sound and they even said I'd come back. I am sure this post will go unnoticed and the drive thru person will still drive drive thru tomorrow next Sunday

I ordered a 4 pc finger basket and a 6 pc at the drive thru. Got home and had a 4 pc and a 3 pc. Was charged for the 4 and 6. It was good and the person at the window was polite, I was disappointed to be short 3 pieces.
