GB Roof Garden - Athens

This restaurant has an open layout with a fantastic view of the Acropolis. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.

The meal was incredible, the view was stunning, and it was a perfect first night in Athens. It may be pricey, but you can't beat the location.

Traveling in Athens

We were a group of 4 for a friends 50th Birthday. Service was courteous and friendly when we arrived. Our table was in a great location with a lovely view of the Acropolis. Everyone enjoyed their food. The quality was very high. We requested wine pairing recommendations and were very happy with the suggestions. The late request for a celebratory cake (2 hrs before our booking) was accepted graciously and provided. Overall we had a lovely time.

Too expensive for the quality of the food. Service excellent, the ambiance is noisy. We were rather far from the nice view to Parthenon. I would rather have spent the money in a better restaurant (better food). The desserts were outstanding though.
