La Burgueria - Asuncion

Probably the most consistent Burguer community in Asuncion, the Pommes are great and the Burguer is amazing! The star of the Burguer is the Patty, so I recommend 'd, one of the easier as la gringa . Service is great, and servers are usually very friendly.

I ate a 400 grams hamburguer that was awesome, tasty and seemed to be taken out of a gourmet magazine... Blue cheese, mushrooms, caramelized onions and a good amount of french fries. Aweeee burguer

Our favorite burger joint and they even do the veggie burger pretty well. Consistency is the key here in Paraguay. Often burger joints start out really great and then start getting busy and lower the quality of their ingredients, that's when we search for the next one. A little over a year of visiting this place and they've only gone down hill on one thing.....the french fries. They were so yummy when they were hand made or whatever they were. Now they taste like everyone elses. The burgers are another story. Quality meat, generous portions, you can order different burger sizes and fun twists to make gourmet burgers. The veggie burger is made of brown lentils and if you add the carmelized onions and blue cheese, you can hardly tell you aren't eating meat. Give back your old french fries and I'll give a five star rating. Oh, also the ambience is our absolute favorite. Drinks good too. Keep up the quality ingredients.
