El Azadero - Astoria

These guys are the most consistent food compound in the area, I was literally never disappointed. all made to order and brought out by the owner. I have been there since I was a class teacher and they have the bar for Mexican foods most other places just not so cautious with attention to detail and personal connection as they are here. Oh, and I forgot to mention the prices is unbeatable.

This is the best food cart in town, in a town full of food carts. The food is always fresh, clean and delicious. I bring my vegan friends here and he is always is so happy to accommodate them and they LOVE this place. The plates are generous with beans and rice, the burritos are huge and the sauces are always fresh. My favorites are the tostadas and the sopes are better than any sopes I have had in a brick and mortar restaurant. Please try their green sauce on EVERYTHING. I swear i could drink it by the shot glass full. The guy that runs this cart is outstanding. I can't recommend this enough if you want Mex.
