our only complaining was eating on the buffet was not hot – it was hardly warm. very good and good selection, but the temperature was disappointing.

The greatest! Food outstanding. Chef entertaining. A great addition to the Aspen dining scene.

I had a great time at this restaurant, and I found it to be both enjoyable and informative. I would certainly recommend it!
