Panera Bread - Aspen Hill

It was not what I expected for so much money, poor handling of the food, i do not recommend the napa sandwich with almonds

Panera is my best place for fast health food stop during my working week. all panera I go very identical and same good food and good service. love it

This place is more like hell for me, I did not like anything here even though the restaurant looks nice. The people are cold, no good energy at all.On 08/25/2022 walked 10 miles only to be disappointed with almost everything here; the service was terrible!-they served me a to go meal not properly packed. I had ordered a pastry and a soda. When I went to use the bathroom there was no toilet paper so I informed one of the employees there to take care of it and they ignored it. After about an hour, I had to go back and ask them again because when I when I went back in the bathroom-the toilet paper was not there still. Had to tell them again. Imagine in between the time I told them, many customers had to use the bathroom without toilet paper. What kind of service is that? There is absolutely no way, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone at all.

It's okay it's just a Panera but it has plenty of outdoor seating options which is nice. We come here quite often and the service varies. The cashiers are great but sometimes they don't have mugs, sometimes you have to wait a while for a coffee refill and often sandwiches take a while to be made. It's more hit than miss
