Noble Coffee Roasting - Ashland

Hmmmm...this is a tough one. Professionally crafted above average brewed and expresso drinks, comfortable inside lounge chairs and outside seating. Computer power stations and spacious interior. Yet....not fully satisfying. It can be quite noisy with real estate agents aggressively trying to drive deals over the cranked up sound system. The coffees are quite good...but not equal to MIX, Limestone, Griffen Creek or Case...and the brought-in pastry/bagel selection is narrow and disappointing. Recommend you experience Noble at least once...as your priorities are prob different from mine.

I always stop at Noble Coffee when I'm passing through Ashland. If I lived in Ashland, I'd be at Noble every day. Coming from a picky coffee connoisseur, I would say they make the best coconut milk latte I've ever had. They have a good stream of people coming, going, and staying, but there's always a place to sit. It's a good place to work remotely, too. Sometimes, a line forms at their peak hours, but they are speedy with their service. I highly recommend .

This is actually one of the best tasting coffee shops in Ashland, and that's a tough place to compete. I always buy a box of day old pastries for a cool 4$, and a coffee to go. Not a bad price unless you have like 10 kids! The baristas are fantastic especially this tall, short haired blonde guy named Aydin, he's OODLES of fun! The only complaint I could think of is that this isn't a chain all over the world by now :

Pretty good place but not over the top stellar in terms of price for quality. Still... likely some of the best coffee you will find in Southern Oregon. I did love the openness of the cafe, but wish they wouldn't hid their roaster away. One of my favorite reasons to visit local roasters is to watch and smell the deliciousness of the roasting process. It also opens the roaster to conversations and learning. I wish Noble did that rather than put it in a glass room.
