Golden Dynasty - Ashland

This was recommended us by the front desk clerk at our hotel. The service was very poor. The waitress was not attentive at all. I had to ask for tea then the sugar then a spoon to stir it. Reasonable prices. The fried shrimp was very good. The fried rice was okay. They would not allow a substitution from pork to chicken fried rice. That was disappointing as my traveling companion can’t eat pork. My Chow Mein was good. The didn’t have a dipping sauce for the shrimp. Dietary restrictions: Not able to make any substitutions. They would not allow us to substitute chicken fried rice instead of pork fried rice. My friend can’t eat pork Parking: Off street parking. Close to the restaurant

I randomly stopped here on a road trip. The food was good, lots of vegetables and seasoned well. Very reasonable prices for the quality

I dont tip on my card so when I put zero on my receipt the cashier didnt want to talk anymore and would only give me 1 extra soy sauce on 3 orders. Ddi not get napkins or utensils . Food was tasteless and will not return.

Not a great experience. I stopped here while passing through Ashland and was disappointed. The food was not terrible but also not great. I felt I might be able to find better at safeway and I love aisan food so that's saying something. Perhaps they are simply catering to people who prefer their ethnic food to be more on the American side I don't know. This alone would not stop me from eating here again, but the service will. When I arrived there was only one other guest in the restaurant and the staff member to help me was short and seemed to really want me to take my food Togo instead of dining in. This was at 3:15 pm right in the middle out their hours of operation, and all the table were empty. I was then required to pay for my order before I was seated. I don't smell or look homeless so I don't understand why I was treated so rudely.

The fried rice was terrible. Smelled funky and tasted even more off than it smelled, same for the chow mein, but the sweet and sour pork was fine. Our waitress was amazing and prompt, couldn't ask for better service.
