Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Ashland

In all of my 38 years of life I have never had DQ fries that were hot fresh and crispy. They are always sad and soggy. Today at this DQ that all changed! Everything was perfect. Thank you!!

Stopped by after work to get some ice cream. i ordered and headed up to the window. upon getting to the window, i paid, and was quickly handed a blizzard and asked if i would like my receipt. i noticed something wasn’t right about the blizzard just by glancing at it, so i asked if it was the correct one and asked the cashier to verify the blizzard i ordered. she repeated back the wrong blizzard, then laughed, and looked at me with a look of disgust. i then said “thank you” and drove off. i did not get an apology or an offer for a remake, just a laugh, a grim stare, and a blizzard that i will not eat. i have never had an issue with this dairy queen, so this was disappointing to me. the food is always great, as well as the ice cream, but this experience is not positive on the customer nor the employee. i will definitely be thinking twice before returning back.

Our food was given to someone else. When I asked about my order they said I got it. Took some convincing that I did not. They didn't bother to apologize. They need better management. Too many employees standing around or playing around instead of workkng.
