The White Horse Inn - Ashford

I was pleased to see that this pub now has a designated dog-friendly section, making it easy for us to bring our furry friends along. We thoroughly enjoyed the steak pie and the steak and stilton pie - both were absolutely delicious.

We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday at this restaurant. The staff were fantastic in organizing the event and were very accommodating, even though we had a large group and had to change the reservation time multiple times. They helped us hide the cake and keep the surprise a secret. We have visited this restaurant many times before and, as usual, the food and atmosphere were excellent. Thank you!

I visited this restaurant with my friends and 9-month-old baby. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we arrived, with the server even noticing that my daughter's plate was hot and promptly replacing it without me having to ask. The menu was impressive, especially the children's menu which offered more than just "nuggets and chips". The food was delicious and we all had a great dining experience, with the pie being highly recommended. Although the wait time was a bit long, the fantastic wine, food, and atmosphere made it well worth it. I will definitely be coming back!

Lunch was delicious but dessert was disappointing. Customer service from the ladies that served us was fab, very attentive and no rushed. King prawns on sourdough was delicious . Cheese and pickle baguette was generous too! One star down for poor dessert- American pancakes are small flat shop bought (only get 3) and 4 slices of banana was disappointing. Ice-cream was cheap and with simple ice-cream only down the road they should invest! Waffle was huge but not warm as stated on the menu and again topped with cheap icecream. Generous amount of sauce! Customer service from bar lady and our waitress in the restaurant was 5 star all round! Would happily return!

On holiday and we wanted somewhere to eat that offered a variety of food that we could choose from The White Horse at Bilsington was definitely the right choice! Lovely tasty food staff helpful and friendly would defintely recommend.
