Domino's Pizza - Ashford

Standard dominos tariff: they always know what they will get. fast, delicious pizza as ordered. the personal is friendly, but could not provide side parts “by Koviden”, which is a general answer in these days for bad, slow or no service.

I am a huge pizza fan, but everywhere I order, I always seem to be let down by either greasy, tasteless, or not enough toppings pizza's. Ever since I moved to Shepperton, I tried all pizza's around the area, except Dominos-Ashford. Boy, I can honestly say this is the most delicious pizza I have eaten probably in the last 5 years!!! Not greasy, tasty, full of flavour, piping hot! The delivery was super fast too, food was hot, and the delivery driver was super friendly! If I crave pizza again, will only order from here! I am over the moon haha! Oh, and I'm so full. Can't help it, taste so good!

This is our local Domino's, and we've been ordering from here occasionally for the past few years. Our only frustration with the last order was that the pizza wasn't cut properly (see pictures), which is pretty annoying when all you want to do is enjoy a slice!

We parked right in front of Domino's yesterday, and the entire team came out to assist us and ensure we were safe since we had our child with us on a busy road. The customer service was incredible! And the pizza? It's absolutely amazing—better than any Domino's you've ever had!

Fast forward two years, and we’ve ordered from there quite a few times. Every single order has been spot on. The pizzas and sides arrive hot and quickly, even during busy times, and the toppings are always generous, the slices well-cut, and the drivers are consistently friendly. It’s become a little game for us: “Will this be the time something goes wrong?” We don't order on specific days or at particular times—sometimes it’s weeks apart, sometimes on weekdays, and occasionally for lunch or dinner. But it’s always reliable, which means we’re not always dealing with the same staff; rather, it’s the entire team that’s been there over the years. My wife used to be an executive at Domino's, and she often expresses pride in their pizzas. Great job, Domino's Ashford, Middlesex! Just please maintain your standards!
