Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This was my first ever visit to a Zaxbys. Luckily I checked the bag my take out order came in and found it had only half the food I had paid for. When we unwrapped the sandwiches, it looked like they had been stepped on. The sandwiches themselves were hugely inferior to KFC and other chicken joints. First vist, and last.

I love eating at this Zaxby's! The staff are always super friendly and fast, and I have never had my order messed up during any of my many visits. The food is always fresh and hot, and the ding l dining room is usually well kept.

Very disappointed! Not going there again. Ordered a salad paid $10 for a $5 salad. The chicken was cold and hard, so were the eggs hard). Very little lettuce, Tomatoes and cucumber's were very very little and no toast! They were not busy so what was the problem? Why did my salad look and tasted like it was sitting out all day. I ended up throwing it away. Thank you Zaxby’s :

A decent place to eat for a fast food eatery. They are always consistent with their food, I’ve always had a good experience here. The employees have always had a good attitude towards the customers.

I rarely say this, but if o could give negative stars I would. Got back to my hotel room to discover my chicken salad didn’t have chicken. Went back and the lady at the front acted like I stole the chicken and had to go discuss it with the line cooks. Also, I asked for “lite dressing”, they couldn’t even get that right. My wings and things looked like wings and sad things. Needless to say, I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to going here.
