Kathmandu Kitchen - Asheville

What a little jewel. absolutely loved the decor and decorated. ambient music and lighting set the ton for my dinner. I was a bit taken back, how economical it was. for a second, I thought they were closed. no customers, only me. other restaurants were shocking. 15 minutes later, 2 more people showed up. but there were people who dip after a look at the menu. most restaurants post one outside to look at each other. Perhaps this would bring more foot traffic in? I only took a chance and enjoyed my eating. delicious. namaste

Yummy lunch buffet when they are in Indian/Nepali! great place to also introduce a friend of the kitchen. the buffet has wonderful gluten-free options most of the teig with which they cook is gluten-free on the buffet. I used to come to lunch like all the time when I had an office in asheville, but made it a frequent stop when I am in the city for business trips or visiting friends. I love the mood here also decor is abfab and the staff are friendly. it is a peaceful curse from the outside world to enjoy a pleasant meal around the beautiful environment.

Great experience. paneer pakora was very good. Hubby said the chicken tandoori was excellent. I had the soak with which it came and it was soouo good. the garlic bread was excellent. the dumplings of veggie are good. beautiful atmosphere. the personal was very attentive. no external seats.

We have seen the kathmandu kitchen and decided to try chicken momos. the ambiente and the restaurant's interior was amazing. it was a pretty nice restaurant. they just don't pick up any seats. we ordered chicken momos from the menu. we have our order in 15-20 minutes. the momos were amazing and delicious. we loved our food and it was fresh and hot.

Food is good here, but it took a little long time for momo. so If you are ordering momo, please order some appetizer for your hungry stomach.
