Copper Crown - Asheville

So, eating is amazing. the owners really care about their personal. I pulled some gigs here, and this is the cleanest kitchen I've ever worked in. also during the service! the personal follows all health laws and I did not have any complaints/consistencies at all. in contrast to most restaurants I would actually eat here and enjoy it. yes, the grotten in the days idkhow, but it is still quite colorful 6 years after opening. they do something right. 17/10 for solid, beautiful, sparkling and well managed kitchen.

We ordered 4 small plates. we really enjoyed the flower cauliflower (big sauce,) tender bison pierogis (big sauce,) scallops (sweet potato and mais tasty) and our least favorite was the mahi. fish was well prepared and sweet and chips were good, but sauce was simply ok had not much taste. for dessert the chocolate pot d' cream had a mouse texture with canned pekans and the delicious large surprise was the pumpkin and apple cube. we enjoyed both desserts with real whipped cream. we would definitely eat here again if we lived closer together. I'd like to have a little brot with our meal with a crumbled oil.

We were here before a week. when we tried to find a place for dinner, we ran over it. we sat at the bar and tim was great! he had big suggestions for us. I had the three-soldata drink, it was so good, I had to have one more. we had the gnocchi, my fiancée had the carving, and I had the little steak that had suggested tim. it was such a big hidden gem. we really enjoyed our evening here. in any case visit again!

The steak was perfectly cooked. the kartoffels and fries were very tasty and the grotten were some of the best I had. 10/10 recommend this place when they are in the city. the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was not the biggest fan of the parts of the speech drink. the Cuban balls was good with a light flavor after taste.

Hands down the best scallops I have ever had. Arugula salad is perfectly dressed. Please put this on your list to stop and try their food and cocktails.
