Golden Waffle - Asheboro

Had the Sunday special. fried chicken, roasted okra, green beans, framed kartoffel, maisbrot and pfirsichkobler. what a great meal! will be back.

I checked this place once. it wasn't good. I started with the third layer and it is one of the only places that are open at 2 o'clock. I've separated myself and decided to get tired of sheetz and waffle house. I quickly became regular until I moved to greensboro because, no matter what I ordered, it was fantastic. philly käsesteak, chicken plate, truthahn club, take her choice, nothing at this place has disappointed. I miss it now.

This place is absolutely brilliant! I'm going a little bit, they understood the task haha. I wish it would be bigger and had more tables. Apart from that, I would recommend this place to everyone!

Took a coworker here for supper break on way home from out of state trip and he loved it! I've been eating here since 1994 and never had a bad meal! Patty melt is my fave for supper and the waffles and breakfast is off the hook! This place even has old fashioned pork brains and eggs on the menu for the ole timers out there! Eat local and enjoy a blast from the past!

If you go... try the strawberry waffles. They are incredible!! Quite a small place and it is always packed, but for good reason. This place is a staple and iconic restaurant in Asheboro due to the people as well as the food!
