Wayback Burgers - Ashburn

Need to figure out how to use gift cards at local stores!

It's been a while since I tried wayback, and today continues this streak despite my best efforts to change.This location has a new(? ordering system that just makes things so much more complicated. Orders are no longer taken in person, a sign on the counter directed you to the kiosk despite the restaurant being completely empty with many employees just standing around. Ok, fine. Didn't help that the screen is super glossy and the sun made it really hard to read, but ok. I ordered. And no, I'm not giving you a 15% tip on counter service that doesn't even take my order.But take my order it didn't, for the system ultimately failed to finalize to the pay screen. I tried twice, an employee finally came over and pressed all the same buttons to make sure I wasn't dumb, and that also failed. They tried taking the order at the counter, but their system was down too. They whole system was down and a restart didn't help.Ultimately I and another customer who had come in behind me left without food. The restaurant was unable to even take an order. I'd have paid in cash, but they just couldn't figure out how to make food without the computer telling them what to make.

I've been missing out! This burger spot is great. I got the big ole chicken burger. The restaurant has about 4 different families dining in on Sunday night and they all looked pleased! The restaurant itself was very tidy and the staff was very friendly when I picked up my to-go order! Gotta come back for a proper burger.

Love their burgers and fries! Only complaint is patty size shrink since last time I was there.

Tasty Burgers! But very expensive.A meal for three 3 burgers, 3 sides, 2 shakes and a drink $65!!!
