Bidrage med feedbackThe store closes earlier than they are supposed to there has been two day in a row that I have stopped by to get food and they were closed . The first day I got there it was 9:45 and the doors were locked today it was 9:36 and the doors were locked, The store rep waved his hands and said that they were closed and looked at the time and took a picture that they were closed early. I called the manager of the store she did state that this should not have happened.
STOP AND READ THIS CAREFULLY SKIP THIS SUBWAY and go to another location. I wish I could give them a black color star or no star. They are unpleasant, unapologetic and won't even accept to take care of the bad order experience. Rather argumentative. I got my order confirmation in the email and I went to pick it and they said we don't have your order. My CC is reflecting the charge already and I went to another location to buy then to deal with them. Horrible Horrible Horrible. This location is ???? DON'T GO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.!!!!!????
I?d give it 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service. We used to go there all the time and loved the owner and manager. After the ownership changed, we had worst experiences. They?d always skimp on fillings, had to ask them two or three times for proper amount of fillings, overcharges almost every time and argue with us and today was the final straw. Instead of acknowledging us, they were doing something else and we had to walk out after 5 mins of standing there like fools. Never going back again.
Great sandwich at a fair price. Use the app and it's ready when you get there.
This is suppose to be double for everything, never seen such a small portion with subway before! They completely missed the whole receipt! I won?t be coming back to this location again!
