Airport Hacienda Motel - Ascot

The dining area was dreary with worn-out furniture. The bed was tidy and provided a comfortable night's rest. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was conveniently close to the port.

I stopped by this restaurant on my way to the airport and although the hotel may appear a bit dated from the outside, the new interiors are stylish and immaculate. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, and it's conveniently close to the airport. The restaurant is now called Alloggio. I look forward to returning at the end of the week before my next flight.

Fantastic job, the renovation is fantastic. The team should be very proud of their creation. I will definitely be returning next time I am in Brisbane!

We were here for a night, thank God. I wouldn't have stayed any longer. the rooms are beautifully renovated, but more love is required and small details, such as a shower or caddy of any kind, or a powerpoint near the main bed is missing, and the water pressure was pathetic. bigger details like the bathroom washbasin water tap was completely loose and hanging in the ground, and when we arrived the bathroom window was open with a mature flyscreen let all mozzies in! Finally, the included continental breakfast left much to be desired. even for a continental it was quite poor. some fresh fruit would not be assaulted, and the only sugar that was offered was nut wound in large crystallised pieces! incredible, especially on cornflakes. and last but not least I am pretty sure that my sohn after check-out on the plane was vomited by the fancy apple juice!

We booked this motel with friends for 1 night before a cruise. Its pretty run down and has no lift only stairs. Complimentary breakfast in the dining room. Since this visit we have stayed in another motel that was so much cleaner and nicer. I...personally would prefer not to stay there again. The place really needs attention.
