Should have been a tip off that we were going to be bamboozled when only one menu out of 8 had prices on it. Many menu items are by the kilo and we were told the kilograms each item was upfront. When the bill came they more then doubled each. We’re talking to the tune of 350 euros for the lobster spaghetti, 700 euros for the lobster catalana (which BTW was freezing cold and three bites) to name just the worst offenders on the bill. On top of that the waiter coursed everything completely wrong. The end bill price was criminal and they immediately knocked off 500 euros because they knew they completely lied to us. Final amount was still outrageous. If you’re American…go elsewhere unless you like being stolen from. 0/100 stars. Absolutely horrific. Disgusting display of behavior from the staff. Hope it was worth it as we’ll be telling the hotel to NEVER recommend guests dine at such a shameful establishment.
We went to this restaurant with very good references. Completely correct. Great service, two of the room managers even speak portuguese and were really correct. Fantastic food and incredible view. Great experience in Sardinia Ricardo V
Poltu Quatu significa "porto nascosto", essendo situato tra due imponenti scogli di granito. Nel villaggio dove le case bianche splendono di rosso bouganville, ci sono bellissimi locali che si affacciano sul porto, tra cui questo ristorante di alta classe. Dalla terrazza è uno spettacolo ammirare la baia. Il ristorante offre piatti di pesce e carne, noi abbiamo gustato una selezione di jamon iberico che era servita per un'occasione speciale. Per il resto, i tipici piatti dei ristoranti eleganti della costa, con qualche variante di carni straniere e selezioni di ostriche. Bella clientela, servizio impeccabile, carta dei vini completa, alta frequenza di tavoli, conto sostanzioso.
Welcomer made us feel very undesirable. unexpected daunenpour sucked in and we wanted to eat and protect before the rain. the food was first-class. big wine list. wein was 50, the same wein was 35 in other excellent restaurants nearby. When they go in the next season, there are only two places, otherwise it is a 12-minute drive to the next city.
Great food, service and location. We had a fantastic meal and the atmosphere was lovely. A special thanks to Erika who made it all possible! Will be back.
