So I order Mexican pizza. the type says they have been sold out for 2 months. I said it's on her menu, why didn't it get off? old says we don't worry about the menu. Tell me how that makes sense? If this whole Mexican pizza thing is just a marketing tablet, what I guess they've lost a customer. I can make my own home without waiting in the line and doing with snorkeling workers who can not be disturbed to correct a menu item.
Says hours are until 12am, it’s 11:46 and workers were inside but drive thru prompted they were closed. Womp womp. If you need to close early due to staffing issues change your restaurant hours so we don’t drive out of our way for no food.
I called ahead at around 11:30 to verify that this taco bell was accepting credit card and the hours. They told me they close at 12:40, although Google says 1am. . . We wait in line for 15 mins and they tell us through the speaker they are only accepting online orders. We explain that we called ahead and they tell us go ahead and come to the window, we will take your order. Another 10 minutes to the window and the woman i spoke to shuts the window on us and has a coworker open it back up and tell us again that they were only taking online orders. We explained that we were told to order at the window, but seemed to be laughed at and shrugged off as we left without anything.
I would do 0 stars if I could. Employees are obviously intoxicated and can't even take a damn order. Took absolutely forever. 3 people took our order while you can hear them laughing in the background. The menu light is out so be prepared to have your flashlight ready. Very very poor service in general.
Absolutely ridiculous! I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes, and then had to wait even longer to get out because the staff informed me that they only accept online orders. That's really frustrating. If they aren't taking in-person orders, there should be a sign posted. To make matters worse, this is the second Taco Bell I've visited tonight, and both experiences have been the same. They really need to improve!
