Starbucks - Arvada

I frequently visit this Starbucks. My experiences have been 95% excellent. One thing that puts this location above other ones that I have been to is the friendliness of the staff. They are genuinely polite. If you're in the area, I recommend that you stop at this Starbucks.

Somehow the most inept and useless employees of any Starbucks I’ve been too. Consistently rude, messing up orders, “accidentally” spilling drinks on customers or handing them food/drinks covered in other liquid, and completely ignoring customers entirely. Pretty surprising how people can mess such a basic and easy job up.

I love the people here but they always messed up my oat milk sub. I don’t go very often at all, but I’ve gone here 10 times over the past year and 8 times I’ve been given whole milk. I get very sick with even a little dairy and it really sucks this keeps happening.

I ordered a bacon Gouda sandwich from here. I got home and there was no bacon on it.. Seriously? For how much they charge for a tiny breakfast sandwich, it should come with bacon like it’s supposed to.
