Crossbush Beefeater - Arun

I have been to this restaurant twice now, and I have had mixed experiences. The food is decent - it is affordable and satisfying, but I was disappointed with some of the fries as they tasted like fish due to being cooked in the same oil. The service was quite slow both times, and there was little acknowledgment of the delays. Overall, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and could improve with better management during busy periods.

Nice spot of lunch today at the Crossbush Beefeater with my family. Food is nicely cooked and well presented. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Booked a table for 7 , got there to be told its not on system. Although we did get seated in a few minutes. Food was mediocre to be fair , wrong cooking to various steaks ,. Courteous staff .

Unfortunately, selected fish and chips, not realising the fish was Pollack. Should have paid the supplement for Haddock.

The restaurant was excellent with delicious food and outstanding service. Our waitress, Hazel, was delightful.
