Bidrage med feedbackDuring our recent visit to the restaurant, the staff made an effort to push us to use the screens for ordering, even though they were not busy. Today, we were served by a unresponsive person who did not speak, along with two silent colleagues. Our order was incorrect and as we waited for our food, we attempted to clean the dirty table ourselves. The food did not taste good and the staff were chatting while the place was empty and unclean. It is surprising to see that the restaurant still maintains a 5-star hygiene rating despite the decline in service quality. Overall, the experience has gone downhill.
Probably the worst burger king i've ever been to.. They were more interested in going home than cooking food all .that were waiting were P'ed off
The order did not arrive despite being charged for it, even after allowing time for delivery. This is not the first time this has happened, as missing items have been a reoccurring issue with orders. Will not be using this restaurant again, and Burger King can now be crossed off the list.
As soon as I walked in I thought what a dump, the place and what I could see of the kitchen looked run down, unloved and not that clean, but had promised my autistic son I would take him on the way home. The staff were not rude, but they just didn’t seem interested in what they were doing and made as little effort as possible When we left, staff were smoking roll ups right next to the exit, so you couldn’t avoid the smoke. Went through the drive through at first but this was for KFC only, which looked even worse than Burger King. I would advise to avoid both and stop the fast food restaurants, 2 roundabout on towards Chichester
Really good service today had a qr code from app but they don’t have scanner. Staff really friendly and helpful and food really good.
