The poolbar at the ritz carlton is fantastic for gluten free options and I am zöliakie, so I am confident that there was no cross-contamination. talk to jorge, he is a great bartender and knows the meaning of gluten-free. I knew that jorge would keep me safe that we have to eat here. I had a cheeseburger on a gluten-free bread, grilled chicken nachos, shrimp tacos, chicken wings and french fried. great service, good food and 100% safe for zöliakie!

They serve the guests at the beach during the day. I had the beef tacos and sweet potatoes and everything was delicious! server was very knowledgeable and knew how to make it safe.

I was in many high-end restaurants in aruba. we had no reservations one night and this restaurant was in our hotel and we could get a place. I can't eat milk, soy or gluten. the chef came out to talk to me to find out about my allergies, and helped me choose a meal. he was wonderful! I am not sure whether it was gluten-free bread or bread, but one of them was offered. it is baked before place and he was not sure about the milk or soy, so I had no, but that was the first restaurant that I was offered it. only another restaurant had a gluten-free brot before the meal and it could be slightly roasted by udis sandwich brot with maybe a little cinnamon on it (high restaurant also). my man can eat gluten and they serve a free dish before their meal, which he really enjoyed. I could eat there and if I had the GF bread, I could probably have the spread with it. make them reservations for seats outside. it's beautiful! there is a large gas fire pit and live music from the hotel. our food was wonderful! enjoyed!

Had the fish tacos based on other reviews on Yelp and they were very good, served on lightly fried or grilled corn gorillas. Several items on the menu marked GF. They offer bread as an option, plain GF white bread, no buns but good lunch. My husband has the lobster salad and it was good also, tacos are better though.

Great place for a quick bite without worrying.
