Simple good food at a good price. Great French fries.

I ordered a spicy poutine an got spicy fries but got charged for a spicy poutine.. I ordered the Ernie's platter and didn't get what comes with a Ernie's platter but got charged Ernie's platter prices... ordered a crunchy combo and the fries weren't cooked thoroughly.. I'm not very happy I pay like everyone else so I don't understand why I'm treated so badly there.. I also don't like when u prove them wrong and they laugh at you.. I believe the younger teens working there are very rude and not business like.. I love Ernie's until it seems like they don't put enough time into cooking it..for. Me anyway ..sorry I'm gonna give it a one star
