Booths broken, service slow, order wrong, food cold, Ice cream hot. I hate going to this location, but still return in my naivete hoping that things have improved. They do not. 28.00 dollars worth of food for lunch and our chicken bacon clubs were dry and burned. Fries and onion rings small size and I paid for medium. Worst onion rings I have ever had!!! The lady who managed burger king so bad ppl won't even go there anymore now works at Sonic and is running the place quickly into the ground, we ordered mozzarella sticks, she gave old ones then I sent them back and she sent them back out just refried!! Anyone who's worked fast food knows the difference, get rid of her sonic asap also I need my fresh mozzarella sticks!! Almost always packed- which I get! You should also cut the employees a bit of slack, they have to be stressed. However, almost every time I've ordered, its always been wrong. Long wait, wrong order. Sometimes even the employees are rude right off the bat (not all! I find it can usually be the ones who take your order, not deliver them)
