I really wish this rating could be given a minus five or even lower. Just moments ago, I pulled into this gas station and I realized that the gas pump was broken, so I walked up to the counter to try to ask why pump #2 was broken, not realizing that Adam was yelling at me very rudely and even threatening to break every bone in my body. I had been in the US for 3 years and in Canada for 1 year, I have been to Europe and many Asian countries and I have never seen such bad service and such bad racism, he even said that I might have stolen the car because I am Asian, he said that I might be from Hong Kong or China so there is no way that I can afford to pay for the gas at the Bp gas station. Anyway, good luck y’all. I’m about to sue this gas station for real. See ya on the court.

Would give zero stars if possible. I was here at around 5:18am this morning when I got fuel and asked for cigarettes. The man serving me, I believe his name was Adam, then refused my digital id on the service NSW app which judging his demeanour, which was very unsettling, I just accepted this and asked to just pay for my fuel and paid in cash. He then went on atleast a5 minute tirade that he doesn’t care what the police or his manager says and that the digital ID isn’t valid and then rambled on about a multitude of other things including saying he wasn’t scared of me or the police or his manager. At this point I was just wanting to get my $40 change and leave the situation as the man was very obviously unstable but he was ignoring me asking for change and just abusing me for attempting to use a digital ID. Being a young female the situation felt very uncomfortable and safe and the worker is clearly not fit to be serving people.

Old mate working night shift needs a medical reevaluation on his hearing, he then starts yelling at me to speak louder in an aggressive tone? I was trying to buy an iced coffee and petrol got some deaf dude instead yelling at me, 2 stars cause this happened a few weeks ago not a few days ago
