Bidrage med feedbackWe have eaten terrible, they have put us some aubergines from last month, I have had to return it, the potatoes with salmon and hollandaise sauce, were like padrón peppers. The waiters with very little desire to work, a disaster, a way of discrediting the brand, how unprofessional, as if you weren't going to realize that the zucchini was backwards!!!
De acuerdo completamente con @Alberto Jiménez Lapeña respecto al plato de Fettuccin Tartufo e uovo: le falta un poco de sal y faltaba queso. Isabel y Paloma me preguntaron muy amablemente por mi opinión y yo les apunté el detalle de la sal. Sin embargo, mi pareja y yo estuvimos comiendo muy agusto y muy bien atendidos por estas dos empleadas. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We went to Madrid Xanadú for some shopping and ended up having lunch at Gino 's, an Italian restaurant from the VIPS franchise with a long successful history. I have gone many times to other Gino 's and I was quite satisfied. However, that day the restaurant was crowded and the waiters overwhelmed. After ordering we had to wait a lot for the salad and even more for the pasta. Anyway, the pasta we ordered (vermicelli neri with gorgonzola and linguini verdi with primavera sauce) were a deception. The primavera was just a bunch of badly cooked vegetables. The gorgonzola was better. But I still do not get it that it took them so long having in mind all pasta is not freshly made, but dry. I find the price excessive for the quality of the meal and the bad service, 17 EUR per person. I think Gino 's in general as a franchise has decreased the quality of the food while increasing the prices, but this restaurant in Xanadú was a complete chaos.
