Ambiente semplice e familiare. servizio molto cordiale. piatti fatti in casa e genuini. tutto bene ma in particolare la crostata al visciole.

Always a pleasure to eat here. Just a few steps from the piazza with views across the Liri valley, you are assured of the warmest welcome. Our favourite dishes in no particular order are arancini, cannelloni, pasta, lamb, steak or on a lighter note Caprese salad. You must try their house wine, very palatable The bill is always a very modest surprise . We eat here regularly and have never had a bad meal.

Worst meal ever, sagne e fagioli served raw and tastless. Waited over an hour for grigliata mista which we could not chew. We gave a piece of meet to a dog that was next to our table, he sniffed it and turned away. It's a shame to own a trattoria that is more than a hundred years old and not being able to cook. Very disappointed

We ate here during an overnight stay in Alpino. This is a simple and authentic Italian trattoria and so the menu is limited. We had lovely arancini as a starter and for the main course my son and daughter had the lamb which was outstanding, while my wife and I shared an enormous and very succulent steak. The wine was local and excellent and we had a couple of glasses of the home-made amaro which was also very good. Prices were very reasonable. Don't look for frills and refinement if you go here but good, honest and unpretentious Italian food.
