It has a nice environment, but we just ordered to take lunch, it took a little longer than originally said, but if that had been offered us an espresso or schnapps, and eating was very good.

Reviews with only 1 star are more than just undamaged for this restaurant! it is in my view the best Italian restaurant that arnstadt has to offer. we visit the “Trattoria..” regularly and are each time delighted with the delicious and lovingly prepared eating! also the ambiente invites you to feel comfortable! the employees are friendly and always striving for the guests. even if there are time overlaps or waiting times, the employees try to make the guests comfortable. I myself have already been able to observe how guests were offered an aperitif during the waiting period and who complains that small children are a little louder in a restaurant, he should eat better at home. because children belong to our society. as long as they behave and don't climb over tables and benches, a bit of child-pants is certainly not a reason to judge a restaurant worse!

On the di., d.22.Nov.2022 we ordered a table for 6 people for a birthday party. when we entered the local on time, we were asked to wait outside until our table becomes free. the guests were forced to go, despite not empty glasses. after about 10 min.in free we were finally allowed to sit. the servickraft was friendly but totally overwhelmed to serve all tables alone. the waiting period was also long. there was also the situation that it was very loud by 2 small children up to 21 o'clock. the ambiente and the good eating were pulled down, lambrusco was out what is an ital.Lokal ein unding. Conclusion: feed very well, but the ordering system catastrophic. sending guests to the street has nothing to do with hospitality, let alone with level.

Really very nice and cozy environment, friendly staff from the cook to the service and also really delicious eating. I have a little critique. the mineral water offered unfortunately comes from italy, probably due to the authenticity. from me it is no longer time to drive mineral water through the half of Europe. is local mineral water so much worse? for arnstadt but a highly recommended restaurant!
