Starbucks - Arlington

Ordered a grande brown sugar oat milk, got to work and the milk is obviously expired, big white chunks floating in my coffee. Called back in and upon calling the person that answered the phone did not care about resolving the issue and when I let him know that I cannot just get up and go back as that is inconvenient considering how far I am from the establishment and all I was told “well we close at 7.” Horrible customer service as a customer service and this isn’t the first time.

The people at this Starbucks tend to be friendly. It is always a nice stop.

Pretty consistent on making good drinks which can be hard to find.

Awesome, friendly baristas. As a person who doesn't like Starbucks, the baristas are the only reason I get coffee here. We chat and laugh while I wait for my order every time.
